The Outstanding Musician Scholarship recognizes exceptional student musicians in high school(juniors and seniors) and currently enrolled college students who demonstrate both musical excellence and a commitment to making a positive impact through music. Presented annually by The Resonance Foundation, this scholarship supports young artists in continuing their musical education and using their talents to uplift their communities.
